Aaron Rai

Rai brings a decade of management and deal experience in private equity and M&A advisory from his tenure at firms like Carillion Private Finance, Equitix Ltd, Candesic, and EY. His areas of focus include renewables, sustainability initiatives, and fund investments. Rai has worked on transactions spanning energy, infrastructure and climate finance across India and South Asia. Prior to private equity, he was an investment banker focused on project finance. Rai holds an MEng from Oxford University and an M.Res from the University of Cambridge.
