Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Pledge

At Potentia, we believe that diversity, equity and inclusion are essential to fostering innovation, creativity, and excellence. As such, we are committed to cultivating a workplace where all employees feel welcomed, respected, supported, and valued. 

Our pledge is to:

- Promote diversity by proactively seeking to attract, develop and retain a workforce that reflects the diversity of our community. We commit to regularly reviewing our policies, practices, and procedures to identify and eliminate artificial barriers to success.

- Champion inclusion by cultivating a culture of belonging where all employees feel appreciated, engaged, and able to bring their authentic selves to work. We will listen to underrepresented voices and take action to make sure all employees feel psychologically safe to speak up without fear of retaliation. 

- Hold ourselves accountable by setting goals, tracking progress, and reporting results related to diversity, equity and inclusion. We pledge to have honest conversations, accept feedback, and work diligently to create positive change.
